We got 2 of these for free with a Big A special. I am not a Gund connoisseur by any means, but these bears are extra soft, appear well made, and are extremely cute. There were no visible defects. All was in good order. For a freebie, you cannot go wrong. Not sure I would spend for one, but as a throw in special it was great. For the few customers who complained about the quality, just return them as the Big A has a fantastic return policy. Maybe they got "lemons"; It happens, but the Big A always stands by their products. I am sure the replacements would be like the ones I got....perfect. HO!HO!HO!
